About Ordering

We ship the paintings rolled in a protective tube. You can frame it or have it stretched with your local framer. If you want to have it framed or stretched we can stretch/Frame it and have it shipped to you for an additional cost. We are able to offer FREE shipping by having the painting shipped rolled in a tube. Shipping the painting stretched or framed will cost more because the package will be larger and heavier.
Yes, we only list it like 20×24 inches and usually we would use it according to your photos proportion. You can choose in the options between Portrait (Vertical) or landscape (Horizontal).
Sure! We change your background without any extra charges. You can email us or upload your own background color.

We can offer you a consultation service for your photo for FREE. Just email us your photo and we will let you know if the photo can be used or not.
When you submit your order you will see a special section for comments in which you can add in your comments for the photo editor. Our photo editor will then work on your pictures and for example merge 2 photos into one, remove or add some items, changing colors etc.
Yes, that’s possible! We can combine both of them into one painting, please send us your comments in the comment section to explain how you would like your paintings combined.
We can take a black and white picture and paint it in color or visa versa. Use the comment section during the order process to give us clear instructions on which areas of the black and white picture should be colored in and in which color. We will email you a preview of the colorized picture and you have the option to either approve it or ask for adjustments before we start the painting process.

Yes, we do custom sizes as well. Just choose the painting size which is closest to your custom size that you plan to order and use the comments section to let us know which size you would like used instead. If there will be a price difference we will contact you with an updated price.
Yes, as soon as your painting is ready you will receive an email with a picture of your painting attached and you can ask for adjustments or approve it for shipping.
